Anna Leevia
Anna Leevia is a Brazilian girl who loves the audiovisual universe and believes that a good mix is worth more than a thousand words. So, before reading this, just LISTEN HERE! Anna is against labeling her sound. Influenced by artists as varied as Mark Henning, Guido Schneider, Masomenos, Martin Buttrich, Trent Reznor, Prodigy, and Addictive TV, she builds her way through music, playing dark, hypnotic, and bass filled house and techno. Always on the hunt for new sounds and a more diverse record bag, she is a fine example of a modern DJ, drawing inspiration from her experiences growing up in Brazil, touring the globe for gigs and also from her beloved Berlin, which she now calls home.
In Brazil, Anna has played most of country’s best knows festivals and clubs, like D-Edge, Universo Paralello, Dama de Ferro and Deputamadre. After moving to Berlin to immerse herself deeper in the scene, she started touring Europe for the first time in 2008, playing in Netherlands, Germany the UK, and beyond. In her hometown of Berlin, Anna has played regularly at some of the cities most famous clubs, including Bar 25 and Club Der Visionaere.
Anna’s hypnotic style and presence behind the decks has led to bookings alongside artists like Cesare vs Disorder, Marc Antona, Turmspringer, AlexKid, Red Robin and many more in the coming months.
