COVID-19 INFORMATION

Please remember that whilst we are working hard to make sure this is an incredible day out for you, there will be some changes to the way the event works due to the Covid-19 pandemic as we make sure this is safe and comfortable experience for all.

PROOF OF COVID STATUS

All ticket holders must present evidence that they are at low risk of transmitting COVID-19 to enter the Festival site. Failure to do so will mean you are unable to attend the event. Please see below for more info.

Please DO NOT come to the festival if you feel unwell or experience any symptoms of COVID-19. Probable symptoms are a continuous cough, high temperature and/or loss of taste/smell. Further details of symptoms are found here.

HOW DO I PROVE MY COVID STATUS?

TICKET HOLDERS BASED IN ENGLAND:

Negative Lateral Flow Test or proof of full vaccination or immunity.

All ticket holders must show evidence of one of the above to be allowed entry to the festival site. Failure to do so will mean you are unable to enter the festival site.

Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or PCR

Reported and demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS app, or a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace. This can be on your device or a printout. The test needs to have been taken within 48 hours of the festival site gates opening time.

Free NHS lateral flow tests can be ordered from here. Alternatively, you may be able to collect tests to then do at home. Upon completing your test, you must upload the result to the NHS Gov portal and you will then receive a text message & email. It’s a relatively simple process and will mean you can dance freely inside knowing everyone around you is also Covid-free.

OR

Proof of full vaccination

Both doses were received at least 14 days prior to the event. It must be demonstrated either via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App or the English vaccination letter. Your vaccination card will not be accepted.

OR

Proof of natural immunity

Demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App.

FOR TICKET HOLDERS BASED ELSEWHERE IN THE UK:

Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or PCR, reported and demonstrated via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace. This can be on your device or a printout. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the time the event opens.

Wales / Scotland only: Or proof of full vaccination – both doses received at least 14 days prior to the event opens. It must be demonstrated via the Scottish or Welsh vaccination record services.

FOR INTERNATIONAL TICKET HOLDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK:

Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or PCR, reported and demonstrated via a text message or email. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the time the event opens.

Any other test results, e.g. a PCR test result from a private company, or vaccination record, i.e a COVID-19 vaccination record card, will not be accepted and entry will be denied.

EVENT COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Before you head to Finsbury Park, make sure you have your ticket on your device or printout, as well as your face covering. We ask that face coverings are worn when queueing to enter the festival site to protect our staff and when queuing for food and beverages.

You may also choose to wear your face covering when you are in crowded areas within the festival site – this is not mandated but is a question of personal judgement.

Despite the fact that all customers and staff will have to show evidence of double vaccination or negative Lateral Flow Test or PCR, you may also wish to follow the following guidelines to reduce your chances of contracting or transmitting Covid-19 at the festival.

Whilst these measures are not mandated, individuals should make informed personal judgements.

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

WHAT TO DO IF YOU TEST POSITIVE

If you test positive for COVID-19 using an NHS Lateral Flow or PCR test you will need to self-isolate immediately and follow NHS guidance
so please act responsibly, stay at home to protect your fellow festival-goers and the wider community. This means you will not be able to attend the Festival.

Please follow the steps below on what to do next:

  1. USE THE RESIDENT ADVISOR RESALE SYSTEM TO RESELL YOUR TICKET
Resident Advisor allows you to resell your tickets to other customers wishing to attend the event. This event is completely sold out so it is likely that another fan would be willing to buy your ticket at face value. More information here.
  2. CHECK YOUR INSURANCE
If you are not able to resell your ticket as above, consider contacting your insurance providers (such as home or travel insurance). Many policies provide cover if you are unable to go-ahead with plans due to a medical emergency.
  3. TICKET ROLLOVER PROCESS
If you can prove that you were unable to resell your ticket in the Resident Advisor resale system, you can register that you were unable to attend the festival due to testing positive for COVID-19 and enter a Ticket Rollover Process to attend a future Krankbrother produced event for the same ticket value.

This process should be completed by the person in your booking party who has tested positive.

You must email [email protected] with:

  1. Resident Advisor order number
  2. Full name
  3. Email address
  4. Photo evidence of positive Covid Test. Must be a screenshot of your NHS COVID-19 Notification Text message or Email stating your positive PCR test. Only proof of negative PCR tests will be accepted.

By submitting this request your ticket will automatically become invalid. Any customer who attempts to scan their ticket will immediately be rejected from the process.

Please note that your request for a ticket rollover must take place by 23:59pm on the day of the event. Any requests to rollover tickets after this date will not be accepted.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOTIFIED TO SELF ISOLATE BY NHS

If you are told to self isolate by NHS Test and Trace over the period you were due to attend the Festival, you will need to do so immediately and follow NHS Guidance here.
